S outh
Molton, a hilly market town set in an area of outstanding natural beauty,
is immersed in a blend of traditional tranquillity and rural flurry. It's
a relaxed town
where graceful buildings, including several fine Georgian houses, look out
onto a busy and bustling community. A beautiful 15th century church housing
a medieval stone pulpit and some wonderful figure-carvings is set in an
avenue of lime trees and overlooks the market place. Built in 1863, the
market place and the 18th century guildhall dominate the town.
Whatever your needs you will find it in South Molton. Shopping, refreshments
